What is B.S.C.C.'s return policy on device purchases?Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do provide a 90-day exchange period for devices (excluding accessories). To qualify for an exchange, devices must be in the same condition as when they were sold, without any liquid, vehicle, or intentional damage. Exchanges are subject to technician approval.

Are phones sold by B.S.C.C. new or refurbished?All devices undergo a thorough inspection and must meet our rigorous 16-point checklist to ensure they are in excellent condition and fully functional. In most cases, phones were either previously used as demo devices or were open-box units.

Does B.S.C.C. offer a warranty if anything stops working?Yes, B.S.C.C. offers a 90-day warranty that covers all manufacturer's defects such as issues with the battery, screen, or charging. Please note that this warranty does not cover physical damage.

What happens if I damage my device during the warranty period?While physical damage is not covered under our standard warranty, we do offer iPhone Device Purchase Protection for models iPhone 8 through 13 Pro Max. This additional protection provides coverage against physical damage for added peace of mind. Please note that Samsung devices are not included in this coverage.

Does B.S.C.C. offers insurance on devices?Yes, B.S.C.C. does offer iPhone Device Purchase Protection for iPhone models 8 through 13 Pro Max. Please note that Samsung/Android devices are not covered by this program. When you purchase a qualifying iPhone device in-store or online, you'll have the option to opt into the iPhone Device Purchase Protection program. You're entitled to two independent claims per device throughout its lifetime. For example, if you damage both the front and back of the device, it will be processed as two separate claims. If you only damage the front, it will count as one claim. All devices must be assessed in-store before claim approval, and any applicable deductibles must be paid at the time of the claim. Deductible costs vary based on the iPhone model (see chart below). Repairs will be processed within 48 hours of claim submission.

I bought an iPhone, but I'm used to Android. Can I get a refund or switch it for another phone?At B.S.C.C., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with the device you choose. While we do not offer refunds, we're happy to exchange your device if it's in the same condition as sold and within the 90-day period. If the 90 days have passed, you can sell your device to us at the current buyback value, and that credit can be applied towards the purchase of another device of your choice.

Do you offer device pick-up and delivery?Yes, B.S.C.C. now offers convenient device pick-up and delivery services through our partnership with Need a Ride, LLC. For repairs: If you're unable to visit our store to drop off your device for repair, you can arrange for it to be picked up. Customers must pay the pick-up fee in advance (see chart below for costs). Can't make it to B.S.C.C. once your device is complete? You can also opt for delivery for an additional cost. For device purchases: Upon request, you'll receive a payment request via Cash App, Paypal or Venmo. Once payment is received, Need A Ride, LLC will deliver the device to your location. Please note that the customer purchasing the device must be present with ID to receive the device, and signing off on delivery is required. Local delivery is available within a 20-mile radius, with shipping options available for customers outside this range (call store for more information). Refer to the chart below for pick-up and delivery costs per trip. Want device repaired onsite? Opt into Emerg-A-Cell.

What are my options if I need my phone repaired ASAP?If you need your phone fixed urgently, we've got you covered with our EMERG-A-CELL service. Our expert technicians, with over a decade of experience serving Acadiana and surrounding areas, provide on-site repairs completed in our mobile repair vehicle in an hour or less. We use premium parts and prioritize convenience, ensuring you can get back to what matters most without delay. Can I still purchase a no-contract plan with B.S.C.C.?Unfortunately, devices that have been blocked for non-payment cannot be activated via a no-contract plan. However, if you own the device and it has been blocked for non-payment, we can offer cash or trade-in value at the current market price for non-payment. This provides you with an option to recoup some value from your device

For iPhone 12 or later screens, we offer two pricing options to suit your needs: Premium OLED display replacement: This option closely mirrors the original screen that comes with the device, providing the highest quality repair solution albeit at a higher cost. LCD display: For a more budget-friendly alternative, we also offer LCD display replacements. Should you prefer the original part for your device, we can source it for you, but please note that it will come at a significant cost. Rest assured, regardless of the option you choose, we aim to deliver the best repair experience possible.

If the charging port needs to be replaced, prices range from $49 to $199 depending on the model and complexity of the repair.

How long does the buyback process take?If you're looking to sell your phone today and need cash, our buyback process is typically completed within an hour. However, please note that devices must meet certain criteria to be eligible, including passing a thorough functionality checklist conducted by one of our technicians. Additionally, devices must be in excellent condition, fully paid-off, unlocked, and removed from your account. Once your device is approved, you'll receive your payout promptly. Valid ID required.

My phone's password has been changed and I can't get in it. Can it be reset? Will I lose all of my information?Yes, we can reset your phone. If you have the original email and password associated with your device and it has been recently backed up, we can restore your information. However, if not, the device will be reset to factory settings, resembling a brand-new phone. For phones, the cost starts at $29.99, and for iPads and tablets, the cost starts at $39.99.
